All students at Science and Technology can access their new personalised study portal at mitstudie.au.dk/en from 21 February. The new portal is an easy and simple way to find all relevant study information - with only one login.

Mitstudie.au.dk/en offers easy and simple access to all relevant study information, across systems and websites at AU. The new portal is not a replacement for ST's study portals, which will continue as previously.

This is how a student will view the new portal at mitstudie.au.dk/en.

For years, students at AU have requested a better and easier access to the many various systems in which they find their study information. With mitstudie.au.dk/en they will get exactly that. The new personalised study portal provides easy access to the specific information relevant for the individual student, across systems and websites at AU.

Not a replacement for the study portals

Students log on to mitstudie.au.dk/en with their WAYF login.

The portal consists of a weekly timetable for teaching, the latest messages from Blackboard, an overview of current courses, relevant academic regulation and study programme diagram, latest news and selected pages from the study portal, shortcuts to various relevant administrative systems (mit.au.dk, STADS, Digital Exam etc.), and finally an AU overview and more relevant links.

Mitstudie.au.dk/en is not a replacement for ST's existing study portals, which will continue in their current form.

Students at ST will be informed about their new personalised portal though news on their study portal, Facebook, information screens, and through their institutes. Students at the other three faculties at AU already have access to mitstudie.au.dk/en.

No extra work for employees

The information at mitstudie.au.dk/en is retrieved from already existing systems, such as Blackboard, Eddi, STADS and the various study portals at ST. Updating and maintaining the information will therefore take place in the same way as before, which means no extra work for employees at ST.

The big difference is that  from 21 February the students have one single point of access to all their relevant study information.

For example, they no longer need to navigate in a number of different versions of the academic regulation for their study programme, but can find the relevant one swiftly at mitstudie.au.dk/en.

If you get questions

If you get questions from students about the content at mitstudie.au.dk/en, you can refer to studieservice.st@au.dk.

If you, or the students, have questions regarding the portal itself, address them to the support team at mitstudie@au.dk

In the case of problems with login and other technical issues, IT support at ST is equipped to solve them.
