New personalised study portal for all ST students

All students at Science and Technology can access their new personalised study portal at from 21 February. The new portal is an easy and simple way to find all relevant study information - with only one login.

2018.02.09 | Christian Haaber Rasch offers easy and simple access to all relevant study information, across systems and websites at AU. The new portal is not a replacement for ST's study portals, which will continue as previously.

For years, students at AU have requested a better and easier access to the many various systems in which they find their study information. With they will get exactly that. The new personalised study portal provides easy access to the specific information relevant for the individual student, across systems and websites at AU.

Not a replacement for the study portals

The portal consists of a weekly timetable for teaching, the latest messages from Blackboard, an overview of current courses, relevant academic regulation and study programme diagram, latest news and selected pages from the study portal, shortcuts to various relevant administrative systems (, STADS, Digital Exam etc.), and finally an AU overview and more relevant links. is not a replacement for ST's existing study portals, which will continue in their current form.

Students at ST will be informed about their new personalised portal though news on their study portal, Facebook, information screens, and through their institutes. Students at the other three faculties at AU already have access to

No extra work for employees

The information at is retrieved from already existing systems, such as Blackboard, Eddi, STADS and the various study portals at ST. Updating and maintaining the information will therefore take place in the same way as before, which means no extra work for employees at ST.

The big difference is that  from 21 February the students have one single point of access to all their relevant study information.
